Auric Wear’s Story and Designer
I came up with the idea for Auric Wear years ago while studying the chakras and spirituality- a decades-long dedication of research and soul-searching led me to the chakras and auras, and everything I’d previously studied that was so separate and far removed all connected with the chakras, kundalini rising– from the Bible as well as other spiritualities and practices to crystal healing…the Subtle Energy Body was the thread tying everything together. People from every continent, cultures from different times and religious backgrounds, seem to have shared a knowledge of the chakras, auras, and the properties of gemstones and crystals and their effects on our minds, bodies, souls, and extrasensory perceptions- the psychical, the spiritual.
Auric Wear’s Mission:
Auric Wear seeks to empower people with spiritual tools to help with prayer; meditation; chakra and aura work; healing; psychic development and shielding; protection; applying will/intention; and in the endeavor to learn and grow spiritually, or to seek enlightenment. Auric Wear seeks to ethically source natural and, when possible, undyed gemstones; to be conscious of the human and environmental impact from sourcing to production through to commerce; and to ensure the humane and fair treatment of those involved.
It’s a One Man Show
I design and create all of the Jewelry, Accessories, and Clothing myself– however, basic print and embroidery production is outsourced if it is not embellished or is not hand-made by me, and some pendants are prefabricated- into some of which I set cabochon stones myself- but I am still hand-assembling each piece and chain myself. I also screen-print embellished garments myself.

Designer Perry Uwanawich
After having designed clothing in niche and mainstream ready-to-wear markets, which sold in Nordstrom and Macy’s, and having studied spirituality and religion, new age and psychical arts for decades while practicing yoga in addition to Christianity and Catholicism throughout my life, I decided to mix both worlds and create a Spirituality Lifestyle Brand in Auric Wear.Â
When contemplating the best way to charge and align the chakras and aura- to wear the appropriate stone or stones ideally at the chakra points and to have it be as easy as putting on a piece of jewelry or clothing, I was inspired to create a collection that is beautiful and spiritually charged, and was inclusive in representing various beliefs and practices. That is what makes Auric Wear the Original, Innovative Chakra and Aura Solution- you don’t have to be a stylist or a guru- you just put it on.  You can wear it during meditation, prayer, spell work, or all the time. Â
My process:
Artwork:
I work well with organic and digital mediums: my artwork is usually a combination of the two. I typically create rough sketches of concepts before doing a more refined sketch, which I will scan and touch up on the computer. I prefer vector art programs when I’m making very precise lines or patterns, which there are a lot of for Auric Wear- such as the designs involving the Kabbalah-particularly the Tree of Life and sacred geometry. I also paint oil or acrylic on canvas, and watercolor and or gouache on paper: I began painting and drawing in very early childhood.
Jewelry:
I design things I would wear, or things I think women would like- my personal style is forever evolving, but I’ve always been drawn to the timeless mystic beauty behind artwork and jewelry that has a higher spiritual or esoteric meaning. I have always worn a chunky ring, layered necklaces, and got constellation piercings before that as a thing. I wear semi-precious stones and crystals not only for style, but because I believe that they are powerful tools, each with a specific benefit and purpose to help a particular area of life, the body, mind, and environment. I mix metal colors and wear real and costume jewelry together.
I like to use natural undyed semi-precious gemstones and crystals, stainless steel, sterling silver, and plated precious metals. In my semi-precious gemstone jewelry, I hammer every stone cabochon in place by hand, I connect each jump-ring, and each piece is a unique work of art.
Auric Wear jewelry, accessories, and clothing all utilize semi-precious gemstones, color, conductive metals, and symbols to truly activate each chakra point or target specific one(s) at their locations on the body. Auric Wear is a full body chakra experience and spiritual tool unlike anything on the market.
Auric Wear aura and chakra charging jewelry, accessories, and clothing are more than a fashion statement, albeit a good one, they’re spiritual and energetic tools meant to correspond and work with different parts of the body, mind, and spirit in order to correct and balance the energetic and spiritual body in harmony with the mind and physical body.
